These terms govern the use of bellsempire.com and the purchase or use of Bellsempire consultations, document review, application coordination, travel planning, relocation and settlement-support services.

Scope of Bellsempire services

Bellsempire provides planning, information, document organisation, application support and coordination services described on the relevant service or checkout page. The exact scope, price and deliverables may differ by service. Immigration authorities, embassies, educational institutions, scholarship providers, employers, payment providers and other third parties make their own decisions and operate under their own rules.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, review forms before submission, meet deadlines, attend required appointments and promptly disclose any refusal, immigration issue, criminal matter, health issue or material change relevant to the requested service. Bellsempire will not create, alter or support false evidence.

Consultations and bookings

A consultation is a scheduled professional review based on the information available at the time. The booking confirmation explains the date, format and preparation requirements. Arriving late, failing to attend or providing incomplete information may reduce what can be covered during the scheduled time.

Fees, third-party costs and refunds

Bellsempire service fees are separate from government, institution, testing, translation, courier, insurance, travel, accommodation and other third-party charges unless the written offer clearly says otherwise. Applicable cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms should be shown before payment or in the booking confirmation. Completed consultations, completed reviews and work already performed may not be refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Current rules and final decisions

Entry requirements, tuition, processing times, exchange rates, immigration programmes and appointment availability can change. Information on the site is general until applied to a current client profile. Clients should rely on the latest official authority or institution instructions for the final requirement and decision.
